All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses is available.

  • Orders will be delivered to the U.S. military post office within 5 to 10 business days of the ship date.
  • The U.S. military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO/DPO destination.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive information about your purchase directly after completing checkout. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

Customs, duties and taxes

Acutia, Inc. is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact your carrier directly. Acutia, Inc. is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. However, you may contact our team at info@acutia.com for support if your shipment was damaged. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping is available to many international addresses. Click here for a list of countries to which we do not currently ship.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, the product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Email info@acutia.com for assistance and to begin the return process.

Return Procedure:

To be eligible for a refund, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Products and packaging should be returned in a sealed shipping box to the address below:
    • Acutia Fulfillment Center, 71 Mall Drive, Commack, NY 11725
  • To help us improve our products and services, please provide a reason for return.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping insurance and package tracking costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming our receipt of your shipment. We will also notify you by email of the approval, partial approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The original product shipping cost (if applicable) is not eligible for a refund. In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. Circumstances that could lead to a partial refund include any item that is returned not in its original condition or is damaged or for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds:
Refunds may take several days to process through your bank or credit card company.
